Summary
Demolition of the existing extension while retaining the upstairs bathroom which was then incorporated into the new structure.
The main structure was a steel frame with a timber kit with real stone façade, slate and sarnafil roof with a large mono glazed rooflight and aluminium sliding doors, as well as fully stripping the existing roof and re-slating.
As well as carrying out the full build we also completed all the hard landscaping to the front and rear of the property.
